This is a blog post/editorial written for COMM447 - National Agenda - a course focused on how political and social issues are discussed in the media, and how various forms of media affect these conversations.
For this English class assignment, students were asked to identify and write about someone in their life who demonstrated and taught them about kindness.
Another blog post written for my National Agenda class, this piece focuses on athletes and their right to speak on certain issues, and how the media treats said athletes when they do choose to speak out.
